Event coordinator launch22
After finishing University I volunteered as an Event Coordinator for 6 months looking after all events end to end, internal and external, as well as being in charge of the events I was also the clients first point of contact.
I wanted to create a more of a community feel putting on events just for members such as a bake-off and coffee mornings, and organised the Christmas party. I also arranged for free tampons in the women's bathroom.
During my time at launch22, I put on over 30 events/ talks, including five pitch nights and a month-long coding boot camp. One of my biggest achievements while working here was putting on a Q& A with the co-founder of the app OLIO
I worked on the marketing material, creating content promoting events on both socail media and writing the monthly newsletter
